Executive coaching for senior leaders in transition
For partners, VPs and executives stepping into a larger role, deciding what comes next, or leading through a business that AI is reshaping.
The leaders I work with are performing well and are not done, and what raises performance from there is rarely more effort or more expertise. They come in the first year of a bigger job, at the end of a long chapter, or while AI reorders the work the firm sells, and what we work on is what their ambition is now for, what version of the role they would both be good at and actually want, and how they get there with the time, the people and the politics they actually have. Clarity of that kind shortens decisions, steadies the people around them and sustains performance over a decade rather than a quarter.
I built my career in those conditions, at McKinsey, The LEGO Group and most recently at Publicis Sapient, where I led through the AI disruption of a large digital business while accountable for its results.
I coach non-directively, which means I will not arrive with your answer, though I will bring rigour, close attention, and a willingness to ask the question you have been working around. Sessions are unhurried, and I tend to notice what a client is not saying.
"As a partner herself, Saba understands the specific 'noise' of professional services. She didn't offer a generic coaching framework; she offered grounded rigour that helped me isolate the 2% of my habits causing 90% of my friction."

"I felt stuck and struggled to find growth through the noise of the organisation. Saba helped me rediscover my core beliefs and gently led me to fully engage through my strengths. She draws on a wealth of real-life experience that makes her counsel powerful and applicable."
